Hi girls, my name is Angelina 😘 and I am a stretching and body conditioning instructor at The Girlhood dance studio. My journey in dance began when I was four :) Over the years, I have dedicated myself to classical ballet and contemporary dance, studying for a long time in Ukraine and then across the world (Switzerland, Germany, France) and competing in international ballet competitions.

My passion for movement led me to teaching, where I discovered the joy of helping others achieve their goals . At The Girlhood, I specialize in creating safe, effective, and enjoyable classes for dancers and non-dancers alike.

Stretching
My stretching classes are designed to improve flexibility and mobility in a structured and safe way. We explore different themes every week, such as splits (both front and side), backbends, and overall body stretching. My classes are suitable for everyone, because I have an individual approach to each student☺️

I am also offering a Saturday class focused only on improving front splits. This class will provide a targeted approach for those who want to master this specific skill.

Body Strength
This weekly class will help you build strength and improve your technique for dancing. It focuses on developing the physical capabilities including:
Core strength for stability, balance and posture;
Proper leg elevation and extension;
Enhanced footwork, arm movements, and posture;
Strengthening the back, pelvis, and overall body alignment.

Whether you’re a dancer looking to refine your technique or someone seeking improved strength and flexibility, my classes provide the perfect space to achieve your goals 🙏
